Earth Candy
I'm Josh on the right and David is on the left and we are best friends who love going into the woods and getting lost together (don't make it weird). From fungus to ferns to wild onions, we love eating what Mother Nature provides. We admit, we are goofy and a bit eccentric-especially if bourbon is involved-but we believe in enjoying life to its fullest.

Our passion to create delicious acidified fruits and veggies that inspire people to use their imagination in the kitchen and behind the bar is second only to the fact that we love to eat things outta jars. Like, we will stop anywhere and search out some delicious vinegary gold.

With all of that said, we decided to create Earth Candy. We love sharing our mad scientist creations with whoever wants to try them. We strive to learn from everyone we meet and possibly teach them something they didn't know before. We make a point to have fun every single day.
